1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a phlove16 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any restriction that would prohibit your use of phlove16.
• You are registering as an individual, using your own true personal details, for your own personal use only.
• You have not previously had a phlove16 account that was suspended or closed due to a terms violation.

Each person is permitted to hold only one phlove16 account. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be withheld pending review. 2. Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method in Philippine Peso. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you and has been verified against your account identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. phlove16 processes withdrawal requests within standard processing windows — timing may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification steps required.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:
